REPORTS

The generation of reports that allow the validation and analysis of the main parameters of a production process is a key tool when studying and improving the efficiency of this process. Amida4 offers advice and the physical implementation of the report generator; that is, the data management system that will allow you, through a record of values and data specific to each production environment, to generate reports with which you can validate processes, record critical values based on other variables such as time, correlate critical values, complete your productive reports, etc.

The service is aimed at companies with equipment and/or installations of machinery and industrial production processes, which already have updated documentation (electrical diagrams and lists of electrical equipment) and with updated and consultable software (depending on the installation).

WHY DO YOU NEED THE REPORTING SYSTEM?

  • Because it is necessary to record and identify steps, processes, data and parameters specific to a team and/or production process
  • Because you need real data from the production process in order to generate operational production dashboards, sequences, physical positions, quality and statistics
  • Because you need to validate a process according to the record of critical measurement values for the execution of this process
  • Because you need to record the real and representative data of a process to be able to make effective decisions about it

Advantages

Current installation +
reporting system. This measurement system is
based on a data acquisition
in the field (already existing or newly implemented) plus an acquisition system of SCADA data

They can be registered in
form manual, via operator
in the field, forms with real
data (process known as
“paper on glass")
Generation of based reports
in real data. Obtaining of Electronic Batch Reports
(EBR) following the postulates GMP and the Master's guidelines Batch Report (MBR) corresponding if applicable
The generation of reports can be managed with the SCADA in a structured way and with control of session and user
Generation of dashboards
where you can relate as many parameters as you require
