OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Amida4 offers the operational management system, a data management system for production processes that will allow you, through a record of parameters and data specific to each production environment, to solve traceability requirements, production queues, batch management, generation of reports, etc.
The service is aimed at companies with low-voltage equipment and/or installations, which already have up-to-date documentation (electrical diagrams and lists of electrical equipment) and with up-to-date and consultable software (depending on the installation).
01
WHY DO YOU NEED THE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
- Because it is necessary to record and identify steps, processes, data and parameters specific to a team and/or production process
- Because it is necessary to trace the final product with respect to the raw materials used or specific parameters of the process
- Because you need real data from the production process in order to generate reports and/or operational dashboards of production, sequences, physical positions, quality and statistics
- Because you need to know in real time how part or all of your production process behaves
Advantages
Current installation +
operational management
system. This system of measurement is based on
field data (already existing
or of new implementation)
plus a SCADA data acquisition system
The final product can be traced
with any defined parameter (raw materials, production parameters, data registered in place)
The generation of reports can
be managed with the SCADA in
a structured way and with
control of session and user
Generation of based reports
in real data. Obtaining of
Electronic Batch Reports (EBR) following the GMP postulates
and Master Batch Report (MBR) guidelines corresponding if applicable
Data can be registered manually,
via operator in the field, forms
with real data (process known
as “paper on glass")
Improvement of breakdown management and maintenance
Generation of dashboards
where you can link as many parameters as you require
Production process can be
viewed in real time and
evaluated by the selected parameters
