MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATIZATION SYSTEMS
The maintenance and software update of OT (Operational Technology) and DCS (Distributed Control System) systems is as important as mechanical maintenance, classically understood as necessary. Amida4 can advise and support you in the implementation of preventive maintenance processes for OT systems, as well as in updating and solving situations in which this update is necessary. Both SCADA supervision systems –linked to IT software updates–, and OT/DCS systems (PLC, drivers, sensors, HMI, …), more linked to firmware updates, licenses or programming software, require registration, monitoring and management always focused on avoiding stoppages and blockages that directly affect the efficiency of your production process.
The service is aimed at companies with equipment and/or machinery installations and industrial production processes, which have certain documentation (electrical diagrams and lists of electrical equipment) and with the software that can be consulted (depending on the installation),

Phases of the service
- 1st cost free visit
- Non-binding guidance on the total price. Definition of the general concept.
– Joint validation meeting - Detailed budget based on the main agreed milestones. This budget, with reference to labor, can be presented in different formats:
– hour pockets that can be reviewed weekly (if no other time pattern is agreed)
– closed price based on closed list of milestones (billing by milestones) - First steps: Data collection > Definition and detailed description of objectives > Review and joint validation Client – Amida4
- Definition of time milestones
- Follow-up and weekly review (if no other time pattern is agreed) on the progress and achievement of the agreed objectives
- Installation and commissioning
- Delivery and training on deliverables
- Possibility to start the preventive maintenance service with periodic visits and reports (minimum annual)

Deliverables
- Lists of all electrical equipment associated with OT software and DCS systems. These lists include all the information necessary for their proper maintenance
- Lists of spare parts for their appropriate management
- Files in EPLAN and PDF format
- Physical identification on the ground and labeling of these materials
- Annual audit process led by Amida4 if hired
- Possibility of periodic monitoring billable per visit
- Advice and subsequent consultancy
