Phases of the service

  • 1st cost free visit
  • Non-binding guidance on the total price. Definition of the general concept
    – Joint validation meeting
  • Detailed budget based on the main agreed milestones. This budget, with reference to labor, can be presented in different formats:
    – hourly bags that can be reviewed weekly (if another temporary pattern is not agreed upon)
    – closed price based on closed list of milestones (invoicing by milestones)
  • First steps: Data collection > Definition and detailed description of objectives > Review and joint validation Client – Amida4
  • Definition of time milestones
  • Follow-up and weekly review (if no other time pattern is agreed) on the progress and achievement of the agreed objectives
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Delivery and training on deliverables
